Escapes & Retreats:

Here at Andalu-Soul we like to make our clients comfortable. We only work with small groups and in one on one sessions. You can have confidence in our experienced  guides and coaches. We run different programmes depending on the seasons and the needs and desires of the group. Tailor made escapes are also possible on request.

The accommodation is comfortable, decorated in a mix of rustic and contemporary styles. We have 3 decent size apartments, as well as some additional bedrooms in the main house. There is plenty of room to be alone and have some privacy but also several spaces suitable for group get togethers.

Programme Overview:

Daily gentle movement and breathing in The Studio and natural settings

Daily NLP based coaching sessions in groups with breakouts with partners and one on one support

Daily activity in nature and / or cultural activity in the local area
